CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Yes, we want you to be over the moon with your purchase, so if you are not happy then we will offer a return or exchange based on the following:
Let us know within 14 days of receiving the item that you would like a refund or exchange, by emailing us at email@example.com
Once we have agreed to accept the return, then please send it back to us in it’s original condition in its original packaging. If the item is in a gift box, then please package carefully to protect it in the post. Please don’t send back items to us before receiving a email confirmation to do so. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your return shipping costs. If an item is returned damaged or broken then we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued via your method of payment.
What happens if the item is lost in transit?
It is our job to ensure you receive your Studio Mali product so if it goes missing in the post then we will inform you right away and try to track it down. If the item can’t be located, then we will send you out another one or give you a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
We have taken great care to ensure that your product is delivered to you in tip top condition, but if a fault does occur then please get in touch with us as firstname.lastname@example.org.
