HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Our U.K. shipping is priced at a varied rate for each product and will be quoted at the checkout. For greetings cards, we ship using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery and for any other products it will be signed for using either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or DPD courier.  

To our neighbours in Europe, we ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. The price will vary for each country and will be quoted at checkout. We ship using DPD recorded courier.

For those in Australia and USA, prices for shipping will vary per product and will be quoted at the checkout. We ship using DPD recorded courier.

 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Many of our products are made to order, and lead times will be quoted on the description section of each item.  The maximum about of time for an item to be handmade is 10 days, and then please take into consideration shipping times. If you need your item sooner for a special occasion or a specific date then please email us before placing an order online and we will see what we can do to help.  If for whatever reason it’s going to take us longer than the quoted lead time to make the item, then we will inform you as soon as possible by email.

If the item is shipped to the U.K. using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, then you should receive the item within 1-2 days plus the time to make the item. Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For to the U.K. usually arrives by 1pm the day after we put it in the post (except on Sundays).  If we are using the signed for service and you would like to know the tracking reference to follow it’s progress then please email us at studiomalihey@gmail.com.

For international shipping, we use DPD Classic Service that is fully tracked.  Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your item, plus the time it takes us to make it.  International parcels may be subject to further delays at customs.

Any tax costs incurred at customs are to be paid by the customer.
