HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
U.K.
Shipping in the U.K is free when you spend over £25 and £3 when you spend under. We use a combination of Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For for all orders over £30, Royal Mail 2nd Class for anything less than £30 and My Hermes courier for larger items / bigger orders.
Europe & International
We have decided to focus on U.K. customers only due to challenges and legislation with shipping to Europe and other areas of the world. This may change in the future and you're always welcome to send us a message to see if we can ship to your country.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The dispatch time + delivery time is when you will receive your item.
DISPATCH TIMES:
All items can now be shipped within 1-3 working days. Our Studio Mali products are now made and held in stock to offer quicker delivery times. Please do get in touch if an item isn't in stock and you would like to order it.
SHIPPING TIMES:
U.K. - Please allow 2-3 days from when we put it in the post (except on Sundays).
