Shipping policy

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

U.K.

Shipping in the U.K is free and we use a combination of Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For for all orders over £20, Royal Mail 2nd Class for anything less than £20 and DPD courier for tables.  If it is a larger order we may use DPD courier.

Europe

To our neighbours in Europe, we ship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. The price will vary for each country and will be quoted at checkout. We ship using DPD recorded courier.

International

For those in Australia and USA, prices for shipping will vary per product and will be quoted at the checkout. We ship using DPD recorded courier.

 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The make time + delivery time is when you will receive your item. Our wooden products are made to order and might take up to 14 days to make, 4 weeks for coffee tables. If the item is already made then we will send it to you right away (which happens a lot of the time). If you need your item sooner for a special occasion then please email us before placing an order online and we will see what we can do to help.  If it’s going to take us longer to make the item, then we will inform you as soon as possible by email.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and 2nd Class usually take 2-3 days from when we put it in the post (except on Sundays). If we are using the signed for service and you would like to know the tracking reference to follow it’s progress then please email us at hello@studio-mali.com.

For international shipping, we use DPD Classic Service that is fully tracked.  Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your item, plus the time it takes us to make it.  International parcels may be subject to further delays at customs.

Any tax costs incurred at customs are to be paid by the customer.
